Welcome to Victory Box! By booking an event, signing up for our email list, or participating in our activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Event Bookings
Event reservations may require a deposit to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date with sufficient notice.
Final payment details and package inclusions will be provided upon booking.
2. Participation & Safety
All guests participate in activities (slot car racing, arcade games, and game-room activities) at their own risk.
Children under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Victory Box is not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe play or misuse of equipment.
3. House Rules
Guests are expected to follow Victory Box House Rules at all times.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund.
4. Promotions & Raffles
Special offers, raffles, and promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice.
“No purchase necessary” rules apply to all raffles or giveaways.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Victory Box reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather or facility issues).
In such cases, deposits may be refunded or credited toward a future booking.
6. Liability
Victory Box is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
By attending an event or participating in activities, you release Victory Box from liability for accidents or injuries, except where prohibited by law.
7. Media Release
Guests may be photographed or recorded during events. By entering Victory Box, you grant permission for your image to be used in promotional materials, unless you notify staff otherwise.
8. Privacy & Communications
By signing up for the Full-Throttle Email List or providing your contact details, you consent to receive communications from Victory Box.

9. Changes to Terms
Victory Box may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
